Sam is a male-to-female transgender teen I made in The Sims 2. A pretty convincing girl considering I made Sam as a teen male. How? I added some make-up, lipstick, blush, etc and used some teen female clothing that were converted for male teens, found here [link] . So, basically, Sam is my only transgender character who is undergoing the actual procedure, not by fantasy means.

If I didn't say any of this, most of you would probably have thought that Sam was just a normal girl.
