Okay this one is a bit of a sci-fi train wreck...put Adaavia back into a sci-fi setting, and put her in command of a starship which makes sense for a Jedi if you've watched the Clone Wars series. Things go a bit left when you find out that the ship she's in charge of is a Defiant class vessel from Star Trek. And the woman with the grayish skin is here courtesy of and is another Star Wars character, which I'm sure some people will think makes that even weirder, ah well.

Those uniforms look very casual, relaxing, and easy on the eyes. Are those standard Federation-issued for the render or did he create those himself?
Very nice render regardless. I dinnae care one way or the other for the mixed universe/genre that have been presented in this render. It matter not one wit to me.

They're supposed to be standard issue for the era following the end of DS9/Voyager, he mentions where the uniforms came from in his gallery and I think you'll like what he wrote for the pic.
