all of the other reighndeer USE TO laugh and call him names... *pointless banter*... and then one foggy christmas eve...*you know what happened...*yeah i gets wierd stuff for christmas.... ( i got this and a couple o markers...) btw he let himself out...

I dont use a special software for animating, I just make one picture, copy it multiple times and then replace the parts I want to move. Then I stick all these pictures together in different layers, and with gimp (that's the software I use, but it's basically made for editing pictures) you can create a little animation out of these layers.^^

wait so u got gimp to? (i had mine for awhile but could never figure how to change between layers so i never used it...) so do u animate it rite on gimp or u use some other program to do that?

You first make a picture. Then you do another picture but a bit different from the one before in a new layer. You just continue doing this with a new picture in every layer until you have your full animation. Then you save your picture as a .gif .Gimp will ask you if you want to create this as an animation and then it takes every layer as one frame^^

You just have to press Ctrl + L and then a window for the Layers will open. By clicking on the layer you want, you change the layer to the one you selected. If you click on the eye that appears next to each of the layers, you make the layer invisible, but you won't delete it. If you click on the eye once more, your layer will reappear.
