i like the poses and expressions
the background colours really add to the feeling both characters
seem to be experiencing
the clothes are great too
the only thing i don't really like are those red spots next to the dog
they don't go with whats happening

I like the colours and the composition of this, but I've got a quick honest question. Do you ever think maybe some variation from drip-drip-dripping might be interesting? It's a nice effect, but looking over your gallery right now, it feels like too much of a good thing, at least to me.
Having said that, don't let someone like me tell you what to do, by any means xD

However, in some of your pieces, dripping style is handled very well (like in "It will eat you alive").
But for this one, I feel like the subject of the image is overwhelmed by the drippings (even if i know it's intentionnal for the dog) !
