I would but I did alot of steps to get to this result.
These are the big stept I did:
1. retouched the skin( you can find a tutorial here: [link] )
2. touched her form> liquify
3. touched the shadows/lights
4. touched the colors
5. made the make-up
6. convert to black/white
7. touched again shadows and colors
8. added noise
9. Sharpen the photo
