The overall is very impressive and creepy I have to say, but there are some details that could be improved a little.
First of all the bottom of the hair ended weirdly, like it was cut randomly so the overall feeling loses realism.
The zipper borders could be softened, adding some transparency so it would give the feeling that they are a part of the skin that turns into metal instead of something that is over the body. As it is it ends quite abruptly over the skin.
Lastly and more subjective. I guess that since the back is "opened" it would look cooler if you made some wrinkles, folds and marks over the skin so it really seemed that is forcefully opened and that normally it is closed.
Either way good job ^^

I really like this idea. Sorry I have no experience whatsoever with Photomanipulation, so I don't really know about the techniques (yet 
But the hands look amazing! I really like the hands.
All in all I like the composition as well. When you can make the manipulations look flawless, they'll be amazing! Keep it up!
