i will give you a hint in acrylic i mix two colors pthalo blue and ultramarine blue then make it fairly bright at the top and mix mix mix mix so that the colors all even for that top section then i just fade it down to a lighter blue at the bottom the clouds are easy i use a very small liner brush and do them the same way i do my trees small round strokes
now the clouds are different shade of blue more like ultramarine blue since clouds seem more grey than phalo which is a green shade of blue

fairly good sized one to do the blue sky and mix it thoroughly then for the clouds and details a little liner brush, for the mirror lake effect i do use a clear piece of glass to get the almost exact replica of the trees above for a mirror water reflection then add lines to make it watery

dick blick has everything you should order for free their catalog i so love dickblick art heres the liner/script brush section
[link] in their huge book they have everything from every kind of brush to all paints, even pottery and jewelry their canvases aint bad either

one more thing synthetic yellow doesnt shed all over your canvas if you get hair your gonna have hairs in your paint
