Description
A new handmade book, lots of hours of work but the result was worth it
.Lots of nice paper, leather, polymer clay, glass bead, acrylic paints...

Holy crap, this is amazing. I make my sketchbooks with cardboard, copy paper and duct tape(I love being that DIY redneck).
But this... yeah, I feel like mine was found in the trash can. But then again, I can have several made in a couple days.

Well I'm sure youre sketchbooks are far away from trash can and they serve there purpose very well. In this sort of book I would feel bad only to sketch, I would like a bigger project to go in it... I don't know yet

i actually have made a sketchbook in the past but its covers were white and i had no idea how to add art on them, it's a difficult medium that not nayone can do in the first go

Thank you very much! For the moment it has no purpose, but it could defenitly be used as a journal. For the moment it is just standing in my living room collecting dust, but I will use it someday

Is anyone going to draw or write in it? Here are a couple of 'books' you might not wish to examine too closely aegiandyad.deviantart.com/gall… .Hand crafted books, especially leather bound volumes, always put me in mind of grimoirs such as The Sacred Magic of Abra Melin the Mage [real, pdf. available to read here - hermetic.com/crowley/aa/abrame… ] and the Necronomicon of the mad Arab Al Hazred [fictional, thank goodness, but apparently also available as probably spurious or invented 'copies' en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Necronom… ]

I do not plan to write or draw anything in it for the moment, I could, cause the paper is very good quality but I would want something special to go in it

Well I never tried to sell my books, this one was the first "serious" one I've ever made and it's on display in my living room
But I will consider taking commissions for those if anybody is interested,
