do you use the full size or the mornal size pattern for a plushie?

im ganna try this out ^^ ive been wanting to make a chibi of my custom characters for some time now and this seems perfect ^^ the most adorable ive seen yet.
but my one problem, is sizing. what size is the body and head supose to be?
and would using basic clothe similar to the type for a pillow case be ok to use for the body?

you can make it as big as you want. I seen all kind of sized.

i made this plush and gave it to my friend.....
and let me tell you, BAD IDEA!
now she says it has a mind of its own and she keeps hitting me in the face with it. Im like 'QUIT IT DX" and she is like "BUT ITS DOING IT BY ITSELF! -smack smack-" and im like "screw this D: -runs away-"

lol she likes to mess around ^-^ but i made another one and was carrying it around school. and well my FACS teacher saw it and asked how i made it and i showed her your tutorial on her home computer (she is my neighbor, and the school computers wouldnt let us on this site) and she talked to our principal and got this site unblocked, and now your tutorial is gunna be part of our new schedule for years to come
