First of all, I really like the way you've done the shadows and the highlights on this piece. I also especially enjoy the fade into the white background at the end of the character's hair.
One thing I might note, critique-wise are the shadows close to the end of the character's nose. I checked out the DA page of the character's creator and while they tend to focus a lot on the tip of the character's nose, they do seem to have a traditional, if not small, nose. Adding the shadows close to the end of the nose as you've done here gives the appearance of a very dramatic arch in the character's nose. Removing that shadow and adding perhaps a thin strip of a highlight from close to the bridge of the nose down to the end of the nose might help to bring it a little more to the forefront.
