Generation: Everyone is in Generation Two unless told otherwise by a staff.
Team: (Girls are in Team G, Boys are in Team E)
Appeals: (What do the fans like about you most, or how you relate to them. For example, some idols appeal to the fans that like cute and lolita-like characteristics. You can also put "unknown" because your idol isn't well known yet. Be creative.)
Likes: (Must have at least 4)
Dislikes: (Must have at least 4)
Personality: (You can put into paragraph form or just list them, but if you list them, you must have a small summary of why they have this trait or just to explain to us)
Biography: (Don’t give us an extremely depressing past, we don’t want to have to bring tissue boxes with us when we check through our apps)
Additional Info: (Please put 5 additional facts(about your idol) or tell us why you made your idol(Optional)) Or Both
