Although specialized in water magic, she makes progresses at controlling the other elements. Switching from one element to another cost her more energy than using a spell itself. Also, her magic being mostly an offensive one, protecting herself properly is difficult. Thus, the best she can complete is to use ice spells to block attacks. Defense, and physical strength are her weak points.

Personality: Rena is particularly attached to everything related to justice. However, she does not care at all about laws and is even willing to break them if she thinks a judgement or an action is being unfair.
She hardly have faith in people too but, if some want to break that state, just being patient could do the trick. Apart from that, nothing prevents her from being friendly. She even has an interest in making jokes but is extremely bad at it. As for defects, she is rather clumsy and susceptible. And quite a bit childish sometimes too...

History: Rena was born and raised in Levea, thus on Earthra territory, due to her parents being typical water-magicians. Until she was about thirteen, life was calm and pleasant without much troubles at all which she thought was a little boring. Well, not that she was complaining either. After all, she was well aware about the not-so enjoyable time of the War of Gods to which her family took part in long ago. As a daughter of magicians, she quickly learned how to make use of her powers. Awhile after, not unsurprisingly, the girl discovered that the more she trained to master her water-magic the more others skills developed, which was fairly uncommon in her family knowing that the two previously generations were specialized in only one element.

Although she didn't quite realized what was going on, her parent's attitude gradually began to change with knowledge of her new abilities. Little did she know that her mom and dad actually worked, somehow, for Areans. Greedy for power and recognition, her parents, who made a deal with Areans few years ago in the hope that an event like this would occur, were eager to tell people for who they worked for about this new. And so did they, thus leading Rena's life in a kind of hell. The latter understood the events only after being able to flee off of the city especially after having freed herself from the hands of Areans. Indeed, her parents worked for people who claimed themselves to be from Ares (but god-know who they really were) and who wanted to get hold of an elemental magician to control him and so, use his powers for personal gain. It appeared that the child in question was theirs and, without genuine remorses, they had chose to gave her in exchange for glory.

Now twenty four, Rena is living in Caelius territory wherein she feels herself at ease and far from her past. There, she became a teacher of elemental magic – on Vinoss Island - in order to teach children (but also more grown up people) to use properly and intelligently their gifts and be sure they don't end up like her with her family. Not long after leaving home, she chose - and considered herself - to be part of Caelian people because, simply, they were the only one which didn't wish her any harm or at least, hadn't trying to. She also did not searched - no in fact, she did not care anymore - information about her family to know if they were still alive or still running theirs corrupted affairs. The only thing she was certain of, is that she would not be kind to them if theirs paths were to lead them to another encounter one of these days.

Everything until now in Rena's life could have implied that she didn't cared about her family anymore but that, was a blatant lie. In truth, Rena first joined the army with the intention of finding her parents. Due to the easier access to informations, thanks to the different missions, soldiers, researchers and many other, she had thought it would be much more handy to track them down in this manner. And she wasn't totally wrong.

Since she decided to enroll in Caelius army one year ago, Rena made a lot of progress regarding the matter and found more reliable tracks than in her past twelve years. Even though Rena never let go off the idea of avenging herself all along and became a soldier, she gradually felt the need to properly serve Caelius ranks. Not because of obligation, but because by the time, Rena realised the notions Caelius stood for were also notions in which she found herself. Without derogating of her main goal, Rena chose to be faithful to her faction and to execute Helia's every orders , even though the sound of taking part in the oncoming war -since the momentary peace treaty ceased between the factions- isn't to her liking.

As she knew where she could find her parents, Rena imposed herself a pretty strict magical training over the last months. Before meeting them she even went up to dye her hair in hope to be less recognizable. But everything she had planed eventually failed thus leaving Rena in turmoil. Thinking she certainly still isn't strong enough, she continues to practice in every way possible.

Random facts:

She has no grudge against Ares or Earthra – because she's aware that their people aren't all filled with evil intention - but remains a little distrustful against them
Collects ancient objects in her free time - her house is full of it - but, one tip: don't even try to touch if you visit her sometimes
Is vegetarian
