Software used: ApophysisI feel like screaming, I want to fly but something's holding me.
EDIT February 15, 2012: On the concept.
Many people find the concept dull or not very original.
It "just" expresses my current state of mind. I have autoimmune thyroid disease which affects my daily life.
I say I wish to fly but actually I want a lot less. I just want to be healthy and strong again.
So the shapes basically describe the longing to be free and the illness that holds me. Colors are mix of resignation and fierce anger.

it depends on what you call difficult, it took about a month to finish this one, the actual time spent is few hours but I was unable to finish it without proper emotional inspiration.

The detailing and the colors on this one is really crisp. I love how you made it look like a leaf, and you gave it a really nice sense of flow to it. Great work!

this took my breath away, the composition is absolutely stunning, I feel like I can really feel the texture of it too! and not to mention I am a BIG FAN OF PURPLE!!! and all the colors just go together so beautifully
