And.... I started doodling at work and this came out.
Plus, I do not draw Netherfel nearly as often as I should.

So this, believe it or not, is not a real watercolor. It was sketched in a moleskine sketchbook and then painted digitally with Zoe's Watercolor brushes ^_^ (I highly recommend them, so much fun!!) I tried really hard to emulate my own watercolor style, it was hard, but SO MUCH FUN. I even painted in all the little salt marks to try to make it look more realistic. I really like how it came out and it was fun as hell to paint! So... expect more stuff in this style.

I absolutely adore the poses you went with, and how charming their expressions are daawwww~ not to mention the heart-melting masses of fluff!
And the detail is amazing- from the teeny claw-highlights to the veins of the leaf and far more- you've painted a tapestry's worth of touching touches and it is so darn wonderful to look at <3

Oh, I totally get it! I'm careful about my resolutions and stuff for the same reason. I just saw it as I tried to get the details of the picture and it made me a little sad. There really aren't any great solutions oit there though.
