Don't ask why it took me so long to submit this, I don't know. The only reason I got to it now is because I'm procrastinating homework.
Anyway, the tunic, cape, and horns were all made by me. The tights I dyed to match. I'm glad the canon designs came out before I got too far on mine; this was much easier to make!
I'll try to get some better images later but I need to buy more makeup, find someone with a decent camera, and hopefully finish those damn wings beforehand. XD
The background colors have been edited slightly to resemble LOTAF because it seemed fitting.
Tutorial I used for the symbol. The hip curls were freehanded with masking tape and a brush. Both were painted with acrylic. Whatever, I do what I want!

Unfortunately, I don't really have much advice. I have experience with sewing and pattern making, and I free-handed the entire costume along with my Karkat's the weekend before the con.
My best advice would be to just search for some related god-tier tutorials and go from there. I know there are a few patterns and tutorials available, though most probably would need some slight modification to account for the length of the front of the hood. Draft a few patterns in a cheap fabric to see what works best, so you don't waste any good material that you need for the final product. :>

Try looking up general cape-making and robe tutorials for fantasy costumes. You'll have much better luck.

From what we've seen, when someone becomes god tier, they merge into their dreamself's body and adopt the traits of their dreamself. For example, Vriska got her eye and arm back. In Terezi's case, her dreamself is also blind. So no, she wouldn't get her eyesight back, even if she wanted to.

Yes, there is that, but it's more canon for them to be some manner of butterfly wings. There's no evidence to indicate that liking dragons and having a dragon lusus would be enough to mutate a troll in any way.
