I've only played "Eternal Night" and "Dawn of the Dragon" up to this point so I'm not sure if "A New Beginning" plays out like this too but, remember when ever you would die in Eternal Night and Spyro re-spawns he tells you something encouraging. I decided to do a little doodle here involving that. This is how the whole thing would play out.
Me: I died AGAIN!? There's nothing but cheap death in this game!
Spyro: It's okay. We can try again.
Me: Wha?Oh.. Uh, Thanks ... Spyro. Very encouraging.
Spyro: No problem.
Sparx: Yeah try not to die again.
Paul: Shut up Sparx! and Spyro are drinking my soda?
I won't lie, Eternal was pretty cheap and hard at points, I still think it's fun. I only play the Wii version and now that I have a Classic controller I use that as opposed to the Wiimote/nunchuck combo.

i never die in a spyro game ever i have 52 lives on year of the dragon.

Oh man i'm not even sure how many times I died in Eternal Night. I hated that game and I still refuse to play that game because I always rage quit. Dawn of the Dragon on the other hand, I've played Dawn of the Dragon over 50 times already XD!

REALLY? I actually rage quitted in DOTD dragon and chugged on through Eternal. I hated the changes in game play for DOTD. It's so hard to focus on anything.

I usually die in those forest at that jellyfish area...is it even possible to not die there? xD
Also that ship-thing in that colosseum is always a challenge for me.

Gaul.. freaking Gaul. I HATE THE FINAL BOSS!!! I remember the two scorpion bosses at the coloseum gave me a lot of trouble too. None of the platforming challenges really bothered me.

Right, Gaul is hard, too. Especially the dark Spyro part, I always fell down there. The scorpions are okay, I never had problems with them.
I also hate Skabb. I think he was the hardest boss for me.
