I just used my old hair dryer (it gave up the ghost while I was working on the costume) I spray painted it cherry red and then covered it in glitter for the added cartoon gloss. The "grappling hook" is made out of craft foam and painted and glittered as well

I modified some construction workers pants I bought at Kohls...I added the pockets and put elastic at the hems so they would sag like kims do

Its ok I went on etsy and found the perfect pair I dont even have to alter them, one more question though what did you do to get the top to be skin tight?

Oh my gosh! Its totally my fav part (other than the hair dryer)...Its a little boys shirt!! haha!! It took forever to get over my head, but it fit like a glove and was totally worth it! hahaha!!

Aaaaaaand ungrounded, fianlly! 'Bout time. And same, my mom never gets tired of yelling, but she's got her good moments too. I believe I may even have enough time to gather friends for a cosplay in the New Year, and if I get a Wacom tablet (pssh, I didn't see it yet or anything...xD) I can draw too!
I know right? I hadn't thought to put in on my xmas list, but I was so glad to get it last year! Gotta love generous, thoughtful aunts!
