Beautiful! Though is it just my imagination, or is one slightly plumper than the other? Hmm... anyway, I've been wondering; books say by sprinkling salt onto a painting, it creates texture. How? How do you use the salt to create texture on the watercolor?

When the watercolor wash is still wet, sprinkle some salt on it and let it dry. The salt will create the texture.
