Did I ever mention that I love the Taguel? No? Well, now I did! I am not quite sure why, but I love their design in their beast form. It just looks freaking cool.Yesterday evening I felt like drawing one of these guys. Thanks to the concept art I had some reference and pose to look at.
Thanks to my alternate universe Palne and Yarne aren't the last of their kind. In fact, Taguel culture is pretty flourishing. So I took this chance to draw one of my own Taguel characters (although I actually just changed something about the gear (and colour), but yeah).
Zorne (aka the white rabbit) is the father of Yarne in that alternate universe. He is a proud warrior (like all Taguel), but unlike one might think, he is actually really kind and considerate. Zorne also likes the human race and quite enjoys their company (in general), because he has a thing for science, too.
He always says: "I am a Taguel. We are warriors first and I am proud about it. But that doesn't mean we can't be so much more than that."
I am quite proud of how this turned out

Thanks^^. And the two known Taguel from Awakening both have black fur, so the black rabbit isn't something unusual xD
But it could be that I am going to draw more in the future.

From the description he reminds me a bit of aodh. so, he sounds really nice

Aodh is really kind and considerate too, yeah. But Aodh is not a warrior. He is an adventurer or a scholar rather than being a warrior. But yeah, Zorne is a nice person.
