How does a collab work exactly? (still new to that...and commissions<---what are they?)

Oh, if it's on a base you just copy and paste the image onto whatever thingy you use, and draw on (if necassary) clothes, hair e.t.c then add colour
And commissions are like on here it would be art for points or money
