Code Man
Being built for the use of hacking info and repairing tech, Code Man has the power and knowledge to make his work effective. He can make almost anything electric come to his command my just simply hacking their coding by changing it's binary numbers. From household objects, to computers, to large screens or even other Robot Masters, once he shines his glasses, nothing is safe one his coding gets to them. Despite his cold and powerful weapon, he gladly uses it for a good cause, he's enjoys his line of work and is willing to do anything to learn new things despite being very knowledgeable. However, he prefers to work independently, so don't inspect him to enjoy working with others, unless it's important.
Weapon: Code Wave
Glares at his target and shoots out tons of binary code at it with his glasses, if it hits, it's under it's command and he can control it's movement, speed or even attacks, but he can't move while doing so.
Other Moves: Light Beam
Shoots a laser beam from the energy ball on his head.
Weakness: Shock Atom
Domain Stage: A computer-like area.

Anything with the ability to hack into other things in the world of Mega Man is too OP in my book. Good thing he uses his powers for good.
