Tipsillar evolves into Mesmerhys beginning at level 10 wich evolves into Chromothic beginning at level 15.
Dex Entry
It lives in big groups where they make elaborated movements to hypnotize their possible predators. Their "dancing" combined with their vibrant colours look surrealistic from the distance.
