Well it's been a while (seems I start a lot of my messages that way) but I'm back and with some goodies. I finally finished the color version like I said I would and fixed the costume glitches. I think I could have done more work on this piece, but to be honest I actually did more than I had intended. Still, I'm pleased with it. It will probably be the last time I ever draw this version of his costume since I really didn't care for the movie at all. The action and acting were good. The cgi was good (look of the lizard sucked) but I didn't care for the overall feel of the thing. Nevertheless I'm going to be offering free signed prints for the first three deviants that comment.Related content

yeah same here i prefer toby maguire also he did a better job.but anyways great job i love how you put little details on him as in his arm lifting his shirt/costume looks great

Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the movie. I prefer Tobey's first Spiderman film myself but thought the new had a few things better (just some things worse too).
Also, the "skateboarding in the hallway" rebel is back! [Snicker] At the very least it's fun to criticise/mock.

Thank you. I totally agree with you that there were some things in the new one than the old. I even kinda like the new costume, but it's the over all mood of the film I didn't like.
