What an adorable pair of wolves. You have captured howlingghostwolf's characters well. (I made a quick stop in her gallery to check them out.)
Your choice of a gray background makes the characters stand out, and yet you've created a great blending of foreground and background by making the character outlines disappear and overlap. The overlapping also adds to the romance of this scene as the wolves blend into each other.
I like how simple the lines are. The strong lines on the left wolf make me think he is the male, while softer lines on the other are more feminine. She also has long eyelashes.
The shading is subtle and I think it works in this piece. You could add more shading to the male wolf's face, but style-wise, I don't think it's necessary. Shadows are good, but I would like to see some highlight, just to make them stand out a little more.
The anatomy looks perfect except for one tiny detail. Since he's licking her, his mouth should be open just a tad. As it is, he appears to lack teeth.
Mostly, I like what I see here, with only that tiny detail. I love the poses and the way you've composed this scene. I know they are not your characters, but I still wish to compliment the design. The markings on each of them are beautiful. And I love the eyes, especially the green.
One other tiny thing I just noticed: The line of the female wolf's head goes through her ear, which gives the impression that her ear is transparent. I don't think you were going for that effect. Back to shading, you can safely go darker in her front ear to give the impression she has thick-furred ears (as wolves do) with a few lines.
Nicely done! I love wolves and I think this style is beautiful.

XD I didn't even notice the ear thing because I did this at 3am and with my higher quaility screen It blended into the coloring because of how rick it was. Just noticed now that I am on a cheaper screen and oh geeze XD But yes :3 I couldn't put several hours into it as it was a free request and I had alot more to do but I just love this couple :3
