I really adore this picture. It's a sort of paradox in my eyes. There's all that seemingly untouched land surrounding the road, yet there's the road, a touch of humanity. The tree is great too, it's all 'I'm might, you built your road but could not move me.' ^^ I love that, makes me want to go hug it. The only thing I find distracting in this picture, and it's more than likely because of the time of day you took this picture, is the shadow from the other tree, person car out there. It removes teh feeling of solidity of the tree I'm adoring in the middle. This is a wonderful shot, but I'd be very pleased if you got the chance to retake this picture at a different time of day.
To sum up what I've said, wonderful picture except for teh shadow.
