Hope you enjoy!For this, I drew out ~Czar-the-Dragon 's OC; Czar. I was originally going to have him waving, and then breathing a few flames, and then blushing. But the angles were all wrong, and it just got a bit too complicated. So instead, Czar is just bouncing up and down.
