Description
Here's my entry to *maxiswhat 's Emoticonists Stampville Project !It's my OC, Bob, but he's a little lighter than usual.
I had to add those lines in the background; it was so boring.

Yay for random comments on a random piece of my art to see if my comment function is working because it doesn't seem to be working on a piece I'm trying to comment on.

I like the stripes and the stamp, and the outline of Lush! Another white outline to make it more awesome, huh? The outline of the emote looks great, too. It's a good color.
My only critique is that the shading looks a little bit, not severely, just slightly flat. Try to use a little more contrast next timea nd it should be awesome!

Thanks!
Of course! They need to be included in EVERYTHING! XD
Yeah, I thought the exact same thing! I think it's because, not only was I rushing a bit, but I actually made it in dark blue, and realised it was too dark for the outline and face, so I lightened it with an effect. I guess that was it... But yes! Thanks for the advice! I'll use more contrast!

Well, they do add more awesomeness.
Ahh, okay! That makes sense. If you use an effect, you have to make sure it doesn't change the contrast
My pleasure!

Well, of course! Yeah, I will in future.
I had no idea it did, but I'll check next time!
