Honestly, guardsmans are the only ones who can fit with the role of being in couple with a SoB or an Eldar or a Tau.

Emily for the female Guardsman,Β as for the space marine,Β I am not really sure,Β each chapter tends to have brothers with names that fit their theme, like Roman names for the Ultramarines, and Nordic names for the Space wolves,Β Germanic names for the Black templars, etc.Β Β But since the space marine in this little series appears laid back and without a chapter symbol.Β I say we just call himΒ Thomas.Β Β

This is the latest in a series. That guardsman tried to shield her from incoming fire (instinct over-riding, "Oh wait, she's in power armour and probably more durable than the cover we're in,") and inadvertently copped a feel. Now he's terrified of being horribly purged with Inquisitorial prejudice and she's trying to cover up her embarrassment and (if I'm right) the fact that she's really quite flattered to have someone try and save her like that, given how usually she's the subject of such reverential awe and expected to be the deliverance of mankind on the battlefield.
