here we can see a kriegsman in his natural habitat, using one of its most condecorated hunting strategies, pretending to be stuck in mud, awaiting for an easy picking to come by, and we can see that it works marvelously, as a helpless female Tau watches the kriegsman "struggle" under the mud, little does this female tau know, that she was lured into the kriegsman's trap, as the kriegsman are born into the mud, molded by it, strenghted by it, and she is a mere prey, but the kriegsman doesnt seem to attack right away, maybe it is playing with its next meal while its next meal can still move, or maybe this kriegsman likes this prey's look, maybe even enjoys the view
but this female tau is sure to face certain death as soon as this kriegsman grows tired or hungry

There is no way a Death Korps is going for xeno tail, her existence is a blight against the God-Emperor. Besides they reproduce via vats mostly so he might not even have parts to mate with.

He's a normal human. They use vats to speed the process. Literally, every Krieger woman is stationed on Krieg in order to have as many children as possible, but they aren't enough to supply all of the soldiers Krieg needs for its tithes, so the Mechanicum was "asked" by the Departmento Munitorium to give Vita Wombs to the Kriegers so they could produce more men.
Also, Kriegers are still people. Extremely well disciplined and fanatical people, but still people.
