Modeled in 3dsmax. Rendered in Octane render.Sphere-packed objects, each with spheres arranged on three different variations of rose curves.

Very cool! Is that background texture from The Ministry? I'm thinking it's not, but it reminds me of it strongly.

That tile texture is just a stock texture that is part of the Octane texture library. I think I also saw the same one on CGtextures.com or one of the free texture repositories somewhere. What is The Ministry? I may have to check it out if it's a texture resource site or something. Thanks!

The Ministry is a set by Stonemason. It was made a while ago, but a lot of people still use it because the modeling and texturing is so good. In general, I find I can use my prop runtime as a decent texture resource to use in random images. Some I have to edit to fit the new prop, but some already simple wall or floor textures I can make work on similar elements.
