there's still a lot of grain in the image because of the extremely slow rendering speed, and because my poor cpu is throttling under the 100 degree celsius heat!it's a generalised (hypercomplex) julia set.

the one i'm looking at is a 600W modular unit, with 50A on the single 12V rail. definitely overkill, but bad PSUs have killed two of my computers in the past

Well in my case 750W is probably overkill but I need 30A just for the X1900XT according to ATI's recommendations.
