The only thing that looks wierd to me is how if you look at it for a bit the head and neck seem too small for the body but that might just be your style ^^

LOL I'm surprised it wasn't the right hind leg you mentioned. That was bugging the heck out of me. XD And I do right now have a hard time with cats and making their heads too small, but in this case it's because that's just how I tend to see sabertooths - as these big beefy things, so their bodies look oversized.
