Description When you look into my eyes,
All you will see is flies
Chewing through my eyes,
Gnawing on my brains,
Feel them crawling through my veins
Can you see the yellowed stains?

Flies are all that remains,
Flies and stains
Are all that remains

The flies are feeding on your mind,
Soon you'll find, you too are blind
And when they're done, they slip into the city drain,
Always looking for another tasty brain
The flies are there; they're everywhere
You look for help, 'cause no one else would dare
The flies are here, the flies are here,
And soon their purpose will be clear,
They've come for you, they've come for me
Why can't you see? They've come to be.

Wow.

I don't like alot of poetry, which is very unfair towards the writer because I can't really connect with what they say, but this is an exception. I quite like this. Vivid mental images come jumping out at me. The questions posed, especially the one in the last line, really add to this. The only thing I that could improve it, in my opinion, is to lengthen it slightly. Anyway, consider it fave'd.
