Description
====== 1 ======
Moments of silent reflection,
Caught in the midst of
A jerks jibber-jabber.
Honking horns
And humming tunes in
The static commute.
–––––– 2 ––––––
Heat and humidity.
Tired and used.
Pneumatic cough
Delivering dreams.
Money to make.
Sleep for the dead.
–––––– 3 ––––––
Trafficking.
Sweaty and restless,
Shallow breaths in the dark.
Rumbling, jostling
Sardines trucked into
The brave new world.
====== 4 ======
curled lips
tasting the smog.
prey to prey pouncing,
mirror shades glimmer.
“Blind justice my ass –
I got quotas to fill”
–––––– 5 ––––––
Rolling
Platform of sound.
Improbable spinners
On a rusted wreck.
Booming vibrations
Of an old Cadillac.
–––––– 6 ––––––
Pulses racing
Within wondrous curves.
Passion and pleasure,
Drifting under control.
Wild screaming endeavors,
Shoulders markèd by lust.

Nice, I'd leave a big long lovely comment, but.. I can't think of anything. And it took me long enough to read it! Good job though. *clap clap*

Thanks. I don't ususally format my poems, but I thought that these ones might be well suited for it. I'm glad you liked it.

Interesting peice/s, very different to anything i've read in a while, which is refreshing. My fave is 5/the Cadillac one, it's a really good description of what an old car is like to travel in
