Description
Foraminitheca are a group of Amorphodactyls- sea dwelling creatures from the planet Temere.

They are usually living on the seafloor, digging through detritus, mud or sand. They have a hard shell with a very flexible muscular body. The flexibility gives them the ability to form legs or mating and feeding appendages through the openings in their shells. In the sediments, they search for microorganisms and organic matter.
These orgaisms relatively primitive body gives them an advantage of being able to survive in extreme conditions. in certain ecosystems, like deep ocean floor or the shores of brine pools they can be the largest lifeform there.
The foraminithecans usually measure between 10-50 centimeters in lenght.
