(I can almost feel my page growing more and more niche as the days pass. Seriously me? Video Game Based Mind Control Roleplaying. Good god. Anyway, this is 2B from a game called NiER: Automata. She retracts her ports, looks at you then suddenly snaps into a tightly snaps into a salute.

9S blinked as he looked at 2B and gave her a sigh as he says "2B, if I do not equip this new program to you. Then you would most certainly be demolished by the incoming enemy forces we face. The only reason I'm unaffected is due to the programming I possess."

"Why haven't you given me any information about the enemy then 9S? You're a scouter, is that not your place?"

9S simply groans and said "There are things out there that command can't always detect. I see the term looking beyond the horizon is a bit out there for you."

2B grits her teeth at your mockery, then finally concedes to your efforts.
"Fine. Will installing it take long?"

"No, it should take only a couple of minutes. This program wasn't made to take up time and give enemies the time to shoot us."

2B sits in wait for you to begin her installation.

He nods as he first shuts her down to do the necessary things to her systems.

Her head sinks into her midriff as she shuts down, awaiting reactivation

He nods before letting out a breath of relief as he somehow tricked her into trusting him. The real reason he was doing all of this was quite simple, 2B may be one of the most effective androids but she was a pain to work with so it was no surprise he was going to edit her to be at least likeable as he opened up her personality menu.

Having full access to her systems, the 9S Unit marveled at the sheer number of options there were. It was almost unbelievable.

He grins as he would decide to keep this small and simply check for her personality before doing anything else.

2B doesn't appear to have much of a personality, most of her 'personality' traits her used for helping her be more effective in combat.

He decided to change that as she could use some personality. He would make her much more timid and shy. He of course would fill her with a love for adventure as well as a brave and courageous spirit that was fierce under that shy exterior.

These changes become deeply imbedded into her, becoming part of her. This is who she is now, and there's no changing that.

He smiles and gently turns her on as he wanted to see how she would react now that she was more human like with her emotions.

2B awakens, then looks up at him and flashes a warm smile.
"Hello 9S, quite a pleasant day...no?"

He smiles and decides to surprise her as he walks up to hug her closely and said "Yep, sure is one sunny day!"

This causes the new 2B to let out a bubbly giggle as she's hugged.
"It's even better because I get to spend it with you!"

"Heh, how so? I'm just your everyday scout, my dear!" 9S to let out a hearty laugh as he held her close.

"So...now what?"
2B nuzzles into 9S's neck as she giggles more and more

"We have a mission right now, let's do it and maybe we can hang out afterwards!"

She's seem to have lost her steeled sense of loyalty, and is more so a bubbly girl now.

He smiles grabbing her hand and quietly walking with her towards the area as he said "Just some scouting up ahead as well as taking out a few targets."

She smiles, pulling out her blade.
"I can get the targets for you 9S!"

"Good girl!" 9S said as he patted her on the head lovingly

She evicerates the enemies, giggling her way along the whole time.
"Did I do good?"

9S smiles as he said "Yeah! You did amazing!" He the gives her a good hug.

She beams proudly as she receives the hug.
"Thanks!"

He smiles and gently nuzzled her before saying "I think we might need to explain to command why you act differently."

9S simply held her close and hugged her as he said "I'm sure we can reason with them. They allowed me to be emotional, surely they will allow you."

She seems happy with this option.
