I have to agree with this. I've seen that alot of people liked Dee Dee, but I was never one of them mainly because Dexter rarely ever did anything to warrant being annoyed by her. I get that the show was trying to be a kind of sibling rivalry thing, and Dee Dee probably had some inner want to just spend time with her brother, but overall it just got me angry, especially since the show blatantly states she only bother's Dexter when he doesn't want her around.

Yeah, I had always found her annoying and, lacking, in the intelligence department as well as a shallow character over all.
Except for that one episode where Dexter fired her, that one was funny.
My fave episode was the one with the goldfish. :3
