Wilfred is an exquisite clock maker and inventor. A few years ago Wilfred had completed his most amazing timepiece to date, one which allows him to alter all aspects of time within a limited area. With this new amazing power he would make sure that he and his younger sister Penny would want for nothing after years of poverty. Unfortunately, there was an unforeseen side effect! With every use of the watch's power it would take precious time off Wilfred's life, this little old man is in fact a 16 year old boy! Despite looking like a little old man he still has all the maturity of a teenager. One evening whilst his sister slept he kissed her forehead, left a note and said goodbye then set out on a desperate journey to find someone who could reverse the effects of his watch.
