Giger! I didn't know that one, looks great! And it would make for a great metal record cover, in case it hasn't been used yet. I had bought a CD by Danzig some 10-15 years ago, which had a Giger cover as well, which, when you opened up the sleeve, revealed the whole painting. Cool stuff. [link]
