Description
A Flash Animation Tutorial for people who have never used Macromedia Flash before and totally drown in the technicalitiesof all those tutorials online.
I hope it will be useful... I'm often a bit chaotic when it comes to explaining things ^_^;
Good thing this tutorial has about 100 screenshots o_o

What shall I do when (in the button bit) in step 7 it comes up as actions and not actions - buttons and it says current selection cannot have actions applied to it?

Yes. I've watched the rest of your tutorial and can do all the rest. But in the preloader section, getting the actionscript for the button doesn't work for some reason. :/

Hm... Nope. I have a pc. I think it might have something to do with the difference between actionscript version 2 and 3. This tutorial might be in 2.0?

Yup, got it to work! This works if you go under File > Publish Settings; then select the Flash tab and change the actionscript version to version 2.

This is a very very good tutorial, and I'm going to try some things out once i get Flash. I realize that this program is very complicated. x....x I guess It'll take me a bit. xD But thank you for making such a great tutorial.

i cant get the sound to work. I only want it to play a certin part of the file and I want it to stop playing when the video stops but it doesnt work.

If God made an AMAZING Flash starter tutorial...this WOULD BE IT. Seriously Im half way done and ive already learned so much. Its simple, effective, and informative so all I can say is THANK YOU.
