First of all I think it's absolutely stunning. The green and yellow contrast nicely, the bokeh is lovely and the whole picture just has a "magical feeling" to it (as your title suggests).
I didn't give impact the highest rating because I think it's a shame that the picture itself is so small (i.e. you can't enlarge it). You probably did that so people wouldn't steal your work which I can understand though e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="
I like the cropping done, the shape of the actual frame and the focus on the middle part, which makes the bottom be out of focus as well as the background. What I might consider to change is the right yellow plant stub, the one on the far right that is out of focus. Because it's still bright yellow I think it distracts a little.
