So I finally decided to try something new and I love it...I used MyPaints Watercolor brush #1 to paint this.

I like how you have managed to use a loose almost sketchy way of painting for this and still show feather detail. I'm assuming the markings etc are correct for the species. I like how it isn't confined within outlines and instead seems to form itself out of the page, becoming gradually more detailed around its eye and forehead. The only changes I personally would make is perhaps define the feathers in its left 'ear' a bit more, a bit of shine on the black of the eye and maybe on the eye border, but otherwise a lovely piece e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="
