Description
I got bored and decided to try out my Photoshop Elements 4.0 program again. Here's my second attempt at recoloring a drawing of mine with that program.
I know....there are whitish JPEG-y spots all oover...but I got too lazy to fix them....actually I had to do my schoolwork before I could realize that.....
