Yeah, if it's the new one MTV wanted to make, it should be a musical because the original movie and play are both musicals. Doing RHPS without music is destroying it.

I think they did a great job. I mean, every actor should get a chance to create his own character, even if the "essence" of the role is given. I prefer the movie-Riff Raff. But the new one is also great.^^

Stuart Matthew Price and Maria FranzΓ©n I think. I didn't like her as Magenta at first, but he's probably my second favourite Riff-Raff (after Richard O'Brien, who's my personal favourite). Now I kind of like Maria as well though. She's beautiful and has a great voice.
What do you mean original though? If you mean how he looked before the movie came out, as you probably know it Richard was the first person to play Riff-Raff, here's a picture from the first production [link]

They are, yeah two of the better ones. I thought that production was slightly to glossy from what I saw on youtube - I prefer not quite so highly-produced versions - but it still looked like it would have been a brilliant show.
No problem! I love Richard best because to me he's just so unique - the voice, the unusual face and movements. Stuart's fantastic but he's not so iconic. Plus Richard wrote the whole thing so I have a soft spot for him anyway.
