Diamond's mom's a tough sell for me. I could probably fit her into the role of the recluse, camera-loving mom I've established so far, but the fact that she shares the same name as Aunt Spoiled could result in the problem of too many Steves. I'm very tempted to just leave her as-is.

I think I'll need a little more clarification on what you mean? Which timeline are you referring to? Mine or the show's? Because the series takes place during Season 4, since Twilight's an alicorn and the library's still around. And Discord's motives are yet to be revealed.

Silver's planning a surprise to cheer up Diamond, and the helmet was introduced a few comics ago. I put links to previous and next comics when they follow a story arc to prevent confusion, though I appreciate the suggestion. Since they're meant to be read in order, I figured that would be simple enough for people. I think you might have missed the previous two comics if the helmet suddenly appeared in this one for you.
