A formal character sheet for the youngest catgirl idol Ruka. She's a cheeky little prankster that knows how to put on a cute face to stay out of trouble. She's the fraternal twin of her older sister Luma, who happens to be Ruka's favorite target for pranks. Her personality is the complete opposite of Luma's in many ways, to the point that many of her peers don't even know they're related. Ruka is a terrible student that often only manages to barely squeak by thanks to Dawn and Luma's tutoring. The only classes she performs well in are English and Japanese, due to her great interest and proficiency in reading that she shares with Luma.

Ruka is a defiant oddball with no shame in who she is. Her interests range from obscure manga to bug collecting to the occult, and she's all too eager to talk to people about her interests regardless of their eagerness. Despite being effectively the same age as Luma, Ruka comes across as much more childish and makes no attempt to seem more mature. She's not afraid to use her looks or idol status to her advantage, which can make her seem sociopathic at times. However, Ruka makes a point to only mess with people that she sees as friends, never seeking to prank someone maliciously. She views her jokes as a sign of endearment. The more she teases someone, the more she loves them.

As an idol, Ruka represents the night. Her idol persona is the most unlike her actual self, as she plays the role of an overly cutesy and adorable ball of energy meant to have mass appeal to an audience. She views her idol work as a fun adventure, since she gets to travel around the globe with her sisters and visit many different places. She's not the biggest fan of wearing frilly and cutesy clothes, as she prefers to dress for comfort, but she tolerates it enough to put up with it during performances. Despite her popularity as an idol, Ruka has very few friends at school, as not many are able to withstand her enthusiasm for her eccentric interests. She also has an irrational fear of dogs. Not because she's a cat, but because of a scary scene from a movie she saw as a child. Ruka generally loves creepy horror movies, but this was a surprisingly disturbing sequence in an otherwise normal children's movie, and it really stuck with her.
