Oh, those eyes truly are amazingly beautiful ♥ I'm not trying to be offensive, but could I ask you, doesn't it make you sad to see him? Truly, he's beautiful, and I don't know what happened to him, but.. I don't understand, that's why I'm asking :') Like, where do you keep him and stuff? Sorry for bothering!

It doesn't make me sad. It does, however, make me wonder what he was like before he died, what happened to him exactly...when he was born, that sort of thing. Pretty much everything I could never possibly know or find out. I don't know how he died, but I will be inquiring the person who mounted him to find out more. I appreciate taxidermy as a way to forever preserve the beauty of an animal, to immortalize them, and to still be able to respect them, and enjoy them, just as you should when they're alive.
Currently, he's staying on my bed right next to where I leave my computer, and I'm keeping him on top of my tablet so I have an excuse not to draw.

Yeah, no one probably knows what kind of life he had, but it's always great to imagine. I don't really get that immortalizing part, but we everyone doesn't have to like the same things, right? I'm not fond of the eyes themself, BUT for some reason, they really go with him, and it makes me like them LOL.

His eyes were what drew me in from the start, if they went well with him or not. There's something very mesmerizing about them.

It's too bad that foxes can be so mean when kept as a pet. It would be amazing to just cuddle up with a fluffy fox that is still breathing c: Don't get me wrong, I am not against tax, but something about have a real fox pet
