Though sleeping with the Hulk family can be hazardous. Not by their obvious strenght, but by the Gamma radiation they emit; and those can cause cancer to anyone except those with the unique, Banner traits.

Well, WHERE to START? You know what a "flame war" is? It's likely the biggest one among fans of She-Hulk. The fact the Juggernaut is a villain who had committed crimes in the past up to and including mass-murder didn't sit well with a lot of folks. (Everyone seems to forget these days that he destroyed the Marvel Universe's version of the Twin Towers, but hey...)
The big problem with this plot is, Juggernaut has repeatedly tried to kill Bruce/The Hulk and many felt that Jen, as sexually liberated as she was, would consider this very out of character.. Especially considering that, during the Civil War arc, when she found out that Iron Man had exiled Hulk into space after having slept with Stark, she got really angry and beat the crap out of him.
Also, Wolverine, a character who has had even MORE lovers than she has (seriously!) actually refused Jen's advances on the basis that "He didn't want Juggernaut's sloppy seconds," although considering that Wolvie is much worse than she is, and has also tried to murder her cousin/isn't really much different from Juggernaut. (Of course, unlike Cain, Wolvie and the Hulk's rivalry is more like the Hulk's and the Thing's, just a lot more violent.)
Unfortunately, whether that was truly her or not is up for debate; writers seem to disagree with it all the time, and it's very likely that whoever the original writer was regrets ever starting it.

well i don't see how it's much worse then when the X-Men forget his past crimes and let him join (at least Magneto's crimes were for a good cause, Juggernaut's just a bully) but i see where people would have a problem

Are you kidding me? If I were in charge of the X-Men, I'd have serious reservations about even keeping Wolverine on the team.
For a genius, Xavier has done some pretty dumb things in his time.
(And Juggernaut brief tenure on the team was another one. Xavier tried to reform him because, well, he was family, but it actually made the relationship between them worse.)

Depends on the writer. Throughout his entire career he has walked that proverbial "Road to Hell Paved With Good Intentions", and at times, he purposely puts himself on a very slippery slope to achieve his goals.
But then, he's so freakin' awesome! How else could he have gained the number one spot on THIS list??
