Anyway, Time Eater has the highest base power.
Dialga is universal.
Demigra is the weakest of them all in base form, no prep time, being... Maybe Solar system or something.
Chronomon is universal.
Time Eater is multiversal.
We can eliminate Demigra.
They all have high speeds, being FTL to MFTL, however Dialga can fight in torn space. He is way faster as such than both of his opponents.
We can eliminate Chronomon since he has no such asset.
It's between Dialga and the Time Eater, but given how massive the attacks of the Time Eater are, we might have a winner there, but Dialga's pure speed may give him the underdog win, as well as manipulation over time rather than just destroying timelines.

We know it has universal abilities so the Time Eater was defeated by two universal foes. (The guy at the beginning of the thread took statements of the Chaos Emeralds too literally which is sad)

WarGreymon X fought Omnimon for a while, and since BWGMX is his equal, that's their reason for why they scale, but it doesn't make sense since it isn't quantifiable. At all. Other scaling makes sense, but if the character got stomped, what's the point?
