He would likely easily rank as high as one of the Gotei 13 due to his immortality of being around longer than 50 years, his whole variety of skills in weaponry, hand to hand combat, and lots of other skills. His Shikai and Bankai would remain looking the same as his father's sword, which in fact IS his iconic sword from the start.

Now he can also manipulate his Reiatsu, likely pretty quickly and effectively, as he has plenty of experience controlling his own spiritual power through his adventures. He can likely master all the combat styles of Zanjutsu, Hakuda, Hoho, and Kido, even mixing them with his own kinds of signature skills and abilities, making new combat styles in Bleach only unique to his own, thanks to his experience and natural ability to learn really fast. Likely making him rise the ranks of the Soul Reapers pretty quickly with flying colors and earn the rank on par with the Goetei 13.

Jack would feel a bit of smypathy to the hollows that were once humans that are now corrupted souls. The best he can do for them is purging them.
